Pay: HK$15,503 to HK$19,592 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general clerical duties relating to the following aspects: counter work, telephone enquiry, data input,statistics and research, general and store administration, filing and records keeping and public enquiries and etc.2. Handle correspondence, documents and maintain records and database.3. Update and distribute memos, circulars, policies and guidelines; File and retrieve documents.4. Perform computer operation, data input and analysis.5. Assist in the medical fee assistance or funding applications of patients under supervision.6. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.7. Need to be deployed or rotated to other KEC designated MSS units to deliver the medical fee assistance or related duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:
1. F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below:
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with experience.Preferred Attributes:
1. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.2. Able to speak mandarin is an advantage.3. Relevant exposure/working experience in counter/reception or office work.4. Good Patient-oriented customer services attitude and skills.5. Hands-on experience in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.6. Self-motivated, pleasant and mature personality.QualificationsRemarks:
