About the job Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing ExecutiveOur client is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead brand development and drive strategic growth across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape market presence, optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentLocation: TSTWorking hours: 5-day work, Mon-Fri, 0900-1800Salary: NegotiableKey Responsibilities
  • Lead brand strategy and execution to strengthen market positioning and long-term growth
  • Oversee marketing plans, promotions, and category initiatives in partnership with Sales
  • Coordinate product launches with internal Sales teams and external stakeholders
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum impact
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce
  • Background in consumer health, pharma, medical devices, or FMCG Marketing preferred
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Native Cantonese with fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Chinese typing)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
