  • Hong Kong office : functions as a trading hub for Hong Kong, China, and the Asia market
  • Products serve : the electronic and PCB industries
  • Manufacturing plant : located in Japan
Position: Accounts ClerkRole Overview
  • Report to the Accounting Manager
  • Work within an accounting team of 4 members
  • Handle daily accounting operations and data entry
  • Manage purchase and accounts payable, sales and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliation and invoice verification
  • Maintain filing and documentation
  • Provide general clerical support to the accounting team
Ideal Candidates
  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above
  • LCCI Level or higher certificate in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is an advantage
  • No travel required
Benefits
  • 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (flexible hours)
  • Annual leave: 15 days in the first year, up to 20 days maximum
  • Medical insurance provided
  • Minimal overtime required
