Proactively explore and pursue new business opportunities across sponsor roaming, eSIM resale, MVNO partnerships, A2P messaging, carrier services, and emerging international businesses.Acquire and Expand Wholesaler and Reseller Network
Drive the acquisition of new local and international wholesalers and resellers to strengthen the company’s global footprint.Strategic Sales Planning and Revenue Delivery
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives.Innovate and Diversify Revenue Streams
Develop new business models and revenue channels aligned with market trends and the evolving telecommunications landscape.Client Relationship Management
Foster strong, long-term partnerships with wholesale clients, ensuring consistent growth in revenue contribution and customer satisfaction.Group-Level Collaboration
Collaborate with the Group telecom affiliates across 11 countries to support and implement group-wide business initiatives.Performance Reporting and Management Communication
Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates for senior management review.Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with internal departments—including engineering, finance, and legal—to ensure smooth project rollout and operational alignment.Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, carrier and roaming services, or commercial negotiations
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
- Outgoing and proactive personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and strong analytical capabilities
