Our Client seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to bridge our company and clients by delivering tailored financing solutions. You will proactively identify client needs, leverage your expertise in financial products, and drive sales through strong relationship-building and consultative selling techniques. Success in this role requires proven frontline sales skills and deep knowledge of structured financing solutions.Job Responsible :Follow up existing key account & Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to existing clients.Present and sell innovative financing solutions by understanding customer business needs and offering tailored, value-driven options.Stay informed about competitive financing products and industry trends to strategically position the company’s offerings.Monitor market activities and competitor strategies to enhance sales performance and refine sales approaches.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Job Requirements:Degree or above major in Financial & Fiancial Technology ( Fintech ) or a related field.3 - 6 years+ stable B2B Sales Executive / Business Development with working experience in Financial / Financing / Innovative Financing Solutions or a related project.Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market insights and customer data.Expertise in consultative selling, active listening, and delivering compelling presentations tailored to client needs.Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes and handling objections professionally.Deep understanding of customer pain points, with a proactive approach to relationship-building and client retention.Excellent leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills to foster a high-performing, collaborative sales team.Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred.All information received will be kept in strict confidence and will be used for employment related purpose only.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
