- Assist the Department Head in supervising a small team responsible for handling human resources, accounting, and administrative matters of the bank.
- Manage the procurement of assets and provide logistical support.
- Oversee daily operations, including filing, data management, drivers, reception, mailroom, and messengers.
- Maintain an inventory of office equipment item codes within the purchasing workflow system.
- Evaluate the vendor selection process and monitor the performance of appointed service providers to meet the company’s cost savings targets.
- Arrange and renew office equipment maintenance service contracts.
- Prepare monthly expense reports, including usage statistics.
- Perform any other duties and ad hoc activities as required.
- Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above with minimum of 3 years of administrative experience or related disciplines preferred.
- Be proactive, independent, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, particularly strong English writing skills for producing clear and professional documentation.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
