  • Perform check in, check out and room change procedures
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner
  • Handle guest enquires
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by FO managers
Requirement:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Detail oriented and independent
  • Good at computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of PMS system (Opera Cloud) is a must
  • Fresh graduates / uni students will be considered
