Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires, and cashier;
Greet VIP guests;
Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis;

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry.
Possess higher diploma or above of hospitality / hotel major.
Independent & confident to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good team player with excellent communication skills; &
Additional language would be an advantage.
