As One Group, we support your ambitions across borders with our deep local knowledge – be it growing your personal wealth or capturing business opportunities – for now, and beyond.OCBC offers private banking services through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Bank of Singapore, which operates on a unique open-architecture product platform to source for the best-in-class products to meet its clients’ goals.Great Eastern Holdings, our insurance subsidiary, is the oldest and most established life insurance group in Singapore and Malaysia.Lion Global Investors, our asset management subsidiary, is one of the leading asset management companies in Southeast Asia.The Group has over 400 branches and representative offices in 19 countries and regions.Job Summary:Supports CFS by performing the role of risk oversight, providing ongoing risk identification and response capabilities, independent monitoring of mitigating controls, reporting of key risk issues, and acting as the central point of contact for risk and control assessment and communication, forming the line 1.5 of defence.What you will be doing:A Team leader to manage a transaction surveillance team and market conduct risk experts.Perform the role of regulatory risk oversight, risk identification and responses capabilities, monitoring of mitigating controls and reporting of key risk issuesSupport CFS business units by providing regulatory risk advisory services.Overall managing regulatory projects / initiatives for CFS, ensuring all regulatory requirements being adopted on timely basis.Support CFS Business units in handling various thematic reviewsSupport CFS Business units to manage compliance risk of CFS by identifying, evaluating and mitigating key risks according to Bank policy & procedure and regulatory requirementsFollow up and conduct investigation of non-compliance incident as neededDesign and implement preventive measures to minimize non-compliance risk issuesConduct briefing/training to branches on regulatory risk issuesWork with stakeholders Operation Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit team to achieve CFS goalsProvide guidance and support to the team in relation to market conduct risk data analyticClosely monitoring subordinate performance and provide coachingOther tasks assigned by Department HeadWhat we are looking for:Degree holder preferably relevant disciplinesOver 10 years banking experience with conduct and compliance knowledge of regulatory requirements.ECF in Compliance and RWM would be an advantageStrong analytical and presentation skillsAble to work independently under fast-pace and pressureProficiency in both written and spoken English
