The ideal candidate will need to have 1-4 years of experience in campus recruitment (fresh graduates with internship experience in campus recruitment can be considered), with a proven ability to execute large-scale hiring campaigns, optimize selection processes, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes.
