This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisation need and individual performance.Responsibilities:
Collect requirements for integration of Airport systems with AAMS
Assist the implementation of new features in AAMS that enhance the operations including but not limited to facilitate preventive and corrective maintenance, increase store capacity and enhance operation processes, etc
Develop reports for monitoring annual budget and optimizing resources allocation
Participate in project planning and management to ensure project milestones and technical requirements are met
Provide training and support to users
QualificationsRequirements:
Higher Diploma in Engineering / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science / Import & Export Logistics / Accounting or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' relevant working experience in engineering, system analysis, business analysis, system development, data analytic, warehouse management, system administration and support. Degree holder with 4 years' relevant working experience will also be considered
Experience in Asset Management Systems, Warehouse Management System, Financial Systems is preferable
Knowledge in Asset Management System and Financial Systems, IBM Maximo, Oracle E-business Suite, Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
