- Provide compliance advisory support on product development, sales practices, and marketing materials
- Design and implement compliance programs aligned with regulatory and internal requirements
- Review new business initiatives, regulatory changes, and emerging compliance risks
- Partner with business units to embed effective controls and regulatory processes
- Conduct compliance reviews and provide clearance on product and sales materials
- Support periodic compliance reports and annual corporate compliance exercises
- Degree in Law, Accounting, or Finance
- 8+ years of compliance experience; 5+ in insurance/asset management preferred
- Strong knowledge of life insurance compliance; ILAS experience is a plus
- Experience engaging with regulators (IA, SFC)
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
