  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive online-to-offline growth across key accounts and direct sales channels
  • Expand distribution and category development for assigned product groups
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with eCommerce marketplaces, corporate clients, and institutional customers
  • Lead and execute major trade events in collaboration with the marketing team to boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence
Role requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5~8 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Open Trade, Channel Sales, or Corporate Sales-preferably in FMCG (open to F&B, health & beauty, OTC categories)
  • Experience in team coaching or supervision is a plus
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
