- Provide administrative support to the residential care homes for the elderly.
- Assist supervisors in the procurement of furniture and equipment items and medical consumables for residential care homes for the elderly.
- Liaise with both existing and potential service providers / suppliers of healthcare goods and services for onward collaboration.
- Assist in conducting tendering / quotation exercises.
- Assist the stock management of consumable items.
- Perform other clerical duties, such as photocopying, maintaining records, taking meeting minutes, mark invoices as assigned by superiors.
- File correspondence, documents, reports, etc. according to established filling systems.
- 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
- At least 4 years' clerical or customer services experience with at least 2 years in healthcare service industry.
- Concrete experience in administrative support to clinical setting (e.g. ward, clinic or elderly home) is highly preferable.
- Relevant knowledge in elderly services such as common geriatric diseases will be an advantage.
- PC skills e.g. PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and etc.
- Good typing skills.
- Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, service oriented, good telephone manner and a team player.
- Attentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independently.
- Confident and able to communicate / handle enquiries from different customers.
