Tour Coordinator

• B2C and B2B2C website management (Translate Japanese > Traditional Chinese / English).
• Handling phone inquiries from site users (Cantonese and English).
• Managing content related to luxury Japanese onsen ryokan, including liaising with ryokan in Japanese via email or phone when necessary.
• Social media management (FB IG posts).

• Proficient in PC software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Similar working experience or Translation experience in Japanese , English , Traditional Chinese is an advantage.
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) , English , Cantonese in both oral , writing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (SNS).
• Enthusiastic and positive mindset is highly appreciated
• Immediately available is an advantage
